Please review these policies before booking and arrival.
Cancellations, date changes or room switches invoke the cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund; reservations over $600 are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival forfeit the full rental fee.
Check-in is 3 PM. Hotel-room check-out is at or before 11 AM; suite check-out is 10 AM. No re-entry is permitted after check-out. Occupancy may not exceed the maximum listed for the accommodation.
Bicycles must remain in the designated indoor storage area. They are not permitted in hallways or rooms. Violations may result in fees up to $250 and immediate termination of the stay.
Falls Market Inn does not have a private parking lot. Use legal street parking along the building and Borough streets. Do not park in the private lot behind the building. State park lots close at dusk, and overnight vehicles may be ticketed. Vehicle registration is required so guests can be contacted if a vehicle must be moved or is parked illegally.
Roads are routinely plowed, but winter guests should arrive prepared with four-wheel drive, snow tires or chains when conditions require them. Weather-related cancellations are not refundable.
Parties and events require prior written approval and applicable fees. Unauthorized events—including parties, showers, holiday gatherings and photoshoots—may result in fees up to $1,500 and immediate termination of the reservation.
Service animals must be listed as additional guests so we maintain an accurate emergency occupancy count.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside or within 25 feet of the building. Indoor violations result in a $250 cleaning fee. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Disturbances may result in immediate termination of the reservation and fees up to $1,000.
Keep doors and windows closed. Set air conditioning between 72–76°F; settings below 72°F can freeze the system and may result in service charges. Set heat between 68–74°F; settings above 74°F may result in additional energy charges.
